01 Complete the Family Form & Sign the Service Contract
Complete our online Family Request Form, where you’ll share detailed information about your childcare needs, family values, and preferences.
✨ Once we receive your form, we will contact you by e-mail.
You’ll also be asked to review and sign a simple service agreement -
This guarantees transparency for both sides and allows us to officially start your nanny search.
Once your form and contract are submitted, a 10% deposit of the administrative fee is required to confirm your request.
(Our admin fees are €300 for a long-term nanny match, €200 for short-term placements & €50 for a one-time babysitter match.)

After we receive your form and you've sent us the service agreement, we’ll personally review your request.
You may contact us by email or phone to clarify any details and ensure we fully understand your needs — no algorithmic matching here!
We understand some cases are urgent — if so, please indicate it in your form and we’ll prioritize accordingly.

Once your request is finalized, we will:

Share your profile with our trusted network of over 80+ professional nannies.

Carefully select candidates whose skills, values, and availability match your needs.

Send you detailed nanny profiles (including CVs, references, and languages spoken).
You can then reach out directly to schedule interviews with the candidates you are interested in.

05 Finalize Your Match
After you confirm your nanny choice:

You’ll pay the remaining 90% of the administrative fee (€300 total for long-term / €200 for short-term placements) or a fixed €50 fee for One-Time Babysitter match).

Payment between families and nannies is handled directly and independently.
