For almost three years, the Nannies of Lisbon Network has been matching families with reliable nannies in Lisbon. Due to high demand, we've created a specialized process for providing caregivers for special events like birthdays and weddings.

Our specialized form for party nanny matches, paired with an informative booklet you’ll receive as soon as you contact us, aims to enhance your experience and provide crucial information. How it works

01 Complete the form
Fill out our Party Nanny form with your specific requirements and personal details. If time is of the essence, please indicate the urgency of your request.
We'll review your information and reach out via email to confirm and clarify any details. Feel free to contact us by phone for further inquiries.
02 Receive CVs, connect directly with candidate
Once your request is confirmed, we'll share it with our pool of nannies. We aim to find candidates that meet your needs. You'll receive detailed CVs, references, and contact information to evaluate your options. Reach out directly to schedule interviews or phone conversations with suitable candidates.
03 Share your decision
Once you've chosen the best nanny for your event, inform us of your selection. We'll notify the chosen nanny accordingly. If none of the candidates are suitable, let us know, and we'll continue the search.
04 Finalize and pay administrative fee
After finalizing your nanny selection and making payment arrangements directly with the caregiver, kindly settle our administrative fee of 80€ (Party Nanny Match). Once payment is received, share your experience with us via a provided form, helping us enhance our services for you and future parents and children.
General costs
One of the main goals of our network is to not take a percentage of payment from our nannies salaries. Instead, we are more interested in creating a community based on the mutual support between families and caregivers, in which the administration serves as the perfect bridge.

Costs per hour
Nannies will charge between 15€ and 25€ per hour, depending on factors such as the number of children they're caring for, the location, and whether transportation is provided.
Admin fee
The administrative fee of 100€ (Party Nanny Match) is paid right after you have chosen a Nanny and confirmed that they are a good match for your family (trial day/week included). You will NOT have to pay if we do not find a caregiver that fits your criteria.
