Complete our form, providing detailed information about your holiday plans, childcare needs, and any specific requirements for your nanny. Don’t forget to indicate the urgency of your request, and we will do our best to meet your expectations efficiently.
02 Request confirmation
Once we receive your information, we will carefully review it and get in touch to confirm the details of your request. This is typically done via email, but you can always contact us by phone if you have additional questions or require clarification.
03 Finding the right match
Your request will be shared with our pool of over 80 trusted nannies.
We aim to identify several nanny candidates who align with your specific needs.

04 Interviews & trial period
Feel free to contact and interview multiple nanny candidates until you find the perfect fit for your family. The initial interview is an opportunity to discuss your needs and assess the nanny's suitability. We also recommend arranging a trial day or week with the nanny, whenever possible, to ensure compatibility.
05 Selection & finalization
Once you have selected the ideal nanny for your family:

Communicate directly: Reach out to the chosen caregiver to finalize all scheduling and payment arrangements directly.

Administrative fee: Upon confirming your selection, kindly pay our finder’s fee: €150 for holiday nanny placements.

Feedback form: After the fee is received, we will send you a form to share your experience. Your feedback helps us improve our services for you and future families.
